The clinic will be held from 4-5:30 on Saturday after the last round of competition. Pre-registration is required. Participants will rotate through three 25-minute sessions, selected from the topics below.

The Mark of a Great Defender If you can get the thrower to focus on you instead of their cutters, you've done your job as a marker. MC Lou's Ninja Throwing This lesson will teach a simple, two-person drill to push thrower's comfort zones. This drill uses quick short throws, varied release points and pivoting to raise thrower adaptability, competence and confidence.
